Pricing

Reasonable, transparent pricing — matched to how your project actually works.

We don't publish one flat rate card, because a brand-new build and an ongoing improvement to an existing system need different pricing shapes. Here's exactly how we price each kind of work.

Scoped, not guessed

Every quote follows a genuine discovery conversation — you get a number grounded in your actual project, never a generic rate card.

No hidden add-ons

What's included is documented in your proposal from day one, so there are never any surprise costs waiting for you later.

Direct engineer access

You talk to the engineer doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages — so your requirements are understood deeply, the first time.

Pricing Models

Four ways to work with us, priced to match

Pick the model that fits your project — or let us recommend one after a short discovery conversation.

Fixed-Price Project

Best for a clearly scoped new build
Total project price, milestone-based payments
  • One agreed scope, timeline, and total cost — decided before work starts
  • Ideal for a well-defined website, app, pipeline, or feature set
  • Payment split across milestones, not paid all up front
  • Any change outside the original scope is quoted separately, transparently

Dedicated Engineer — Hourly

Flexible, pay only for time used
Billed hourly, invoiced on an agreed cycle
  • An experienced engineer allocated to your work as needed
  • No monthly minimum — ideal for smaller, irregular, or exploratory work
  • Detailed time logs, so you always see exactly what was worked on
  • Easy to scale up or down as your workload changes

Dedicated Engineer — Monthly

Predictable capacity, deeper immersion
Flat monthly fee for reserved capacity
  • A dedicated, experienced engineer embedded in your workflow full-time or part-time
  • Fixed monthly cost — easier to budget than variable hourly billing
  • Deep familiarity with your codebase builds up over weeks, not each ticket
  • Best for ongoing product development or long-running improvement work

Existing System Improvement

For systems already in production
Hourly, monthly, or small fixed-price batches
  • We start with a short review of the current system before quoting anything
  • Work is delivered in small, shippable increments rather than one big release
  • Fits naturally alongside our legacy modernization service if the system is outdated
  • Priced hourly, monthly, or as small fixed-price batches of improvements — whichever fits the work
Direct Access, No Middleware

You talk to the engineer building your system — not a relay.

A lot of software goes wrong not from bad engineering, but from requirements getting diluted as they pass through account managers, project coordinators, and status decks before reaching the person actually writing the code. We remove that layer. The engineer assigned to your project is who you speak with directly — so your requirements are understood deeply and correctly, the first time, not reinterpreted three times over.

Direct calls and messages with the engineer, not a coordinator
Fewer miscommunications, because nothing gets paraphrased along the way
Faster clarification on edge cases and technical trade-offs
You see exactly who is accountable for the work at every stage
New vs Existing

Two different kinds of work, priced differently

Building something new and improving something that already exists carry different risks — so we don't price them the same way.

New Requirement / New Project

Starting from scratch. We run a discovery phase to nail down scope, then usually recommend a Fixed-Price Project so you know the full cost before committing — or a Dedicated Engineer if the requirements are still evolving.

Typically: Fixed-Price Project or Dedicated Engineer

Existing System Improvement

You already have something running and need it extended, fixed, or made faster. We review what's there first, then work in small increments — usually billed hourly or monthly rather than as one large fixed quote.

Typically: Dedicated Engineer (Hourly or Monthly)
